What is my Apple ID?
If you forgot your Apple ID or password, you can go to appleid.apple.com to look up your account information.
Be sure to look up by the email address that received the eSign email notification.
Why do I need to register through MyAccess?
MyAccess is a portal which grants access to Apple business applications.
After you complete registration, you will be able to login to eSign.
During registration, I received a message stating that my email address is already in use.
This is to inform you that you have an existing Apple ID.
If the email is correct, continue with registration by logging in with your Apple ID and password.
I don’t remember my Apple ID or password.
I see a blank screen after I login to eSign. What should I do?

Please provide the name and email of the signatory to your Apple contact.
What do I do if the contract is no longer available in eSign?
Please provide the contract information to your Apple contact for re-submittal.
